What is Shenzhen International Jewellery & Jade Expo (December)?
This is a year-end jewellery, jade and accessories fair at the Futian Convention & Exhibition Center, sold together with a 'Greater Bay Area fashion jewellery consumer season'. It is run by Zhongyu Exhibition, a Shanghai company that organizes jewellery fairs around China. Zhongyu co-runs the Shanghai International Jewellery & Jade Exhibition with the Shanghai Gems & Jade Industry Association and also stages jewellery shows in Beijing, Hangzhou and Wenzhou. By its own count (August 2026) it has held close to a hundred jewellery shows and built a database of nearly 500,000 trade buyers. The Shenzhen show appears on the Futian venue's 2026 plan, but as of late September 2026 the organizer had not published a Shenzhen page, exhibitor list, hours or ticket details.
Don't confuse it with the Shenzhen International Jewelry Fair, the industry trade fair held every September by a different organizer. The setting matters: Shuibei in Luohu is China's biggest gold and jewellery cluster, which the city government says handles more than half of the country's gold and jewellery wholesale, so jewellery fairs here draw both trade buyers and shoppers.
Based on the organizer's standard product categories, expect diamonds and coloured gemstones; gold, platinum, silver and K-gold jewellery; freshwater and seawater pearls and coral; jadeite, Hetian nephrite and Chinese carving stones; agarwood and incense products; watches and fashion accessories; and jewellery tools, testing equipment and display supplies. Zhongyu's shows in other cities are pitched at shoppers as a way to buy below counter prices, with designer limited editions and trending pieces, which fits the 'consumer season' label and the December timing ahead of New Year and Spring Festival gifting.
The open question is admission. Zhongyu's general visitor rules, written for its trade fairs, say entry is free for professional visitors aged 18 and over, students and children are not admitted, and everyone must show original ID. The Shenzhen event is promoted as a consumer season, so it may well open to the public, but that has not been confirmed. If you want to buy jade or jewellery before the holidays it is worth watching for, but check the organizer's WeChat account (中禹珠宝展) nearer the date before you go.

For certified stones, ask for the testing certificate and have expensive pieces checked independently. If you are in the trade, the September Shenzhen International Jewelry Fair is the industry's main trade event in the city.

A jewellery, jade and accessories fair combined with a "Greater Bay Area jewellery consumer season" promotion. It is run by the Shanghai jewellery-fair organizer Zhongyu Exhibition (中禹展览).
The dates appear on the Futian venue plan and on Guangdong's "Guangdong Goods" (广货行天下) autumn list of promotional events. Admission and opening hours haven't been announced yet.

Walk to a dozen business hotels in the CBD, and to the rooftop bars afterwards.
