How we list events

We gather events from organizers' and venues' own pages, ticketing sites, official calendars and what hosts send us, then check them before they go up. Each listing links to its source. We choose what fits English-speaking people in Shenzhen, so not everything we find is listed.

Hosts can post their own updates, line-ups and schedules through a private host link. We don't sell placements; anything sponsored will be clearly marked.

What we can't promise

Events change, often at short notice. We work to keep dates, prices and addresses right, but please check with the organizer before you travel. SZMeetups doesn't run the events we list and isn't responsible for them, for tickets bought elsewhere, or for anything that happens there.

Corrections and takedowns

Spotted a mistake, or want your event or venue changed or removed? Email hello@szmeetups.com with the page link. We usually act within a day.

Posters and photos

Posters are shown to promote the event they belong to, credited to the organizer. Other photos are our own or used under their licence, with credit. If you own an image and want it removed, email us.

Members and hosts

• Keep your sign-in links to yourself; they work like a password.
• Only submit events you're allowed to share, with true details. No spam, no misleading listings, nothing illegal.
• We may edit or remove submissions, and close accounts that break these rules.
