What is LED CHINA Shenzhen?
LED CHINA is Trust Exhibition's show for LED screens and the business of making things light up. The brand dates from 2005. It grew out of Trust's older SIGN CHINA advertising and signage fair (since 2003), and the two still run side by side. Since 2026 Trust has run them as a "spring and autumn" pair: the spring fair in Shenzhen every February, and an autumn fair in Shanghai every September. The 2027 Shenzhen edition is at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian, and one visitor badge covers four co-located shows. They are SIGN CHINA (advertising and signage), Digital Signage China, PALS Asia (pro lighting and audio) and Digital Printing China.
The floor is built around LED displays: indoor and outdoor full-colour screens, fine-pitch and COB Micro LED, rental and stage panels, transparent and holographic screens, floor tiles, flexible and spherical displays and naked-eye 3D. Around them are commercial displays and digital signage, VR/AR, LED advertising light sources and lighting, sign-making and exhibition equipment, and a pro lighting and sound section. The 2026 online exhibitor hall lists screen makers such as Lehman Optoelectronics, Xiamen Qiangli Jucai, Foshan Chainzone, EXCO Vision, Guangxiang, Haijia Cailiang, Tentech and Pudis. There are also many smaller suppliers of cabinets, power supplies, LED strips and light-box components. The organizer expects about 2,000 exhibiting brands for 2027 and describes the show as 800+ manufacturers presenting 2,000+ brands.
The show's strength is its international buyers. Trust says the Shenzhen show has drawn buyers from more than 100 countries for 17 years, and that visitors to the 2026 edition came from 132 countries and regions, a figure it had notarised. Typical visitors are advertising and media companies, sign makers, event and stage production firms, retail and mall operators, exhibition builders, broadcasters, and people planning smart-city, control-room, sports and night-tourism projects.
Futian is right in the centre of the city: a short walk from Futian high-speed rail station and on Metro Line 1 to Luohu and the Hong Kong border. That makes it an easy day trip from Hong Kong. Many exhibitors are based in Shenzhen or nearby Dongguan and Foshan, so a factory visit after the show is usually a short trip. Registration is free, but it is real-name: overseas visitors register with an email address and show matching ID at the door. Pair it with ISLE, the Canton Fair group's display and AV show at Shenzhen World about ten days later.

Register online before you go, using your email if you're from outside mainland China, and keep the confirmation on your phone. Entry is real-name, so carry your passport. Doors close to new visitors half an hour before the show ends, and the last day finishes at 16:00. What international buyers ask us most, in one place.
Many passports get 30 days visa-free, and 55 nationalities can use 240-hour visa-free transit via Shenzhen when flying on to a third country. Check your eligibility before booking.
Link a Visa or Mastercard to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you fly — booths, taxis and canteens rarely take cards. Keep ¥500 cash for samples.
Get a roaming eSIM: Google, WhatsApp and Gmail don't work on hotel or venue Wi-Fi. Suppliers will ask for your WeChat, not your email.
Pre-register, bring your passport to collect the badge, and pack 200 business cards. Photograph each card next to the booth number — you'll forget by day two.
Hall English is patchy outside the big brands. A freelance interpreter costs ¥800–1,500 a day; book a week ahead for big fairs.
Don't carry 40 kg home. SF Express and DHL counters sit in the main lobbies and will ship samples door to door from about ¥200.
Walk to a dozen business hotels in the CBD, and to the rooftop bars afterwards.
- Enter from the metro level, not the street — the badge desks are underground.
- Lunch: skip the hall canteens and walk 5 min to the malls around Shopping Park.

Is there a Shanghai edition?
Yes. Since 2026 Trust Exhibition runs a spring fair in Shenzhen (February) and an autumn fair in Shanghai (September) under the same brands.
Why do some sources say it's at Shenzhen World?
Some older listings put it at Shenzhen World in Bao'an. The organizer's site gives the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian for 2027.
Which edition number is 2027?
The organizer isn't consistent. The 2027 Chinese pages call it the 27th, while the 2026 online exhibitor showroom was titled the 25th, so go by the dates rather than the number.
