What is HKPCA Show (International Electronics Circuit Exhibition, Shenzhen)?
The HKPCA Show is the Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association's annual December exhibition for printed circuit boards and electronics assembly. Although the association is based in Hong Kong, the show is held at Shenzhen World in Bao'an, close to the Pearl River Delta's board factories. The organizer describes it as one of the largest PCB and PCBA exhibitions in the world, and the 2026 edition uses Halls 4–8. It is the biggest edition so far: more than 90,000 m² and over 4,400 booths, with Hall 4 added because demand for space exceeded the original plan.
The floor is split into nine themed zones that follow the supply chain from materials through board manufacturing and assembly to packaging and test. Expect high-layer-count boards, IC substrates, flex and HDI boards, glass substrates, high-frequency and high-speed laminates, lithography and direct-imaging equipment, drilling and plating lines, AOI and inspection, precision components and factory automation. The 2025 exhibitor list mixed global equipment and chemistry suppliers with Chinese and Asian specialists. It included SCREEN, SCHMID, ZEISS, MKS' Atotech, Schmoll, Machvision, TZTEK, Jadason, Topsearch, WKK and Do3think. For 2026 the organizer says more than 600 companies have taken booths, over 100 of them exhibiting for the first time.
The 2026 theme is "AI Powers Technology". It reflects the rush for high-end boards and substrates for AI servers, and the use of AI for inspection and production scheduling in board factories. The 2025 show had more than 600 exhibitors on 80,000 m². Buyers came from Korea, India, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, and the organizer ran guided tours for overseas visitor groups. For 2026 it says it is inviting buyers from over 70 countries and regions.
The 2025 conference side had nearly 40 sessions. These were the International Technical Conference and a "Smart PCB: AI Trends & Innovations" conference, held in the exhibition halls and covering smart manufacturing, advanced packaging, IC substrate processes, high-speed communications and green manufacturing. HKPCA seminars, an opening ceremony, a welcome dinner and a golf tournament are the networking events. For anyone sourcing boards in China or selling equipment and chemistry to Chinese fabs, this is the main PCB event on the Shenzhen calendar. Entry is free for trade visitors aged 18 and over who complete real-name registration.

Flying in? The visitor guide
What international buyers ask us most, in one place.
Many passports get 30 days visa-free, and 55 nationalities can use 240-hour visa-free transit via Shenzhen when flying on to a third country. Check your eligibility before booking.
Link a Visa or Mastercard to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you fly — booths, taxis and canteens rarely take cards. Keep ¥500 cash for samples.
Get a roaming eSIM: Google, WhatsApp and Gmail don't work on hotel or venue Wi-Fi. Suppliers will ask for your WeChat, not your email.
Pre-register, bring your passport to collect the badge, and pack 200 business cards. Photograph each card next to the booth number — you'll forget by day two.
Hall English is patchy outside the big brands. A freelance interpreter costs ¥800–1,500 a day; book a week ahead for big fairs.
Don't carry 40 kg home. SF Express and DHL counters sit in the main lobbies and will ship samples door to door from about ¥200.
Hotels on site sell out months ahead. Bao'an Center or Qianhai are 25–30 min away with far more choice.
- Wear proper walking shoes — 20k steps a day is normal.
- Taxi queues after 5pm are brutal; walk to Shenzhen World North station or book a Didi for 4:30pm.
- Food courts sit along the central corridor; the ones at the far ends are quieter.
