What is China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF)?

CILF, known in Chinese as 物博会, is Shenzhen's annual logistics and supply-chain fair and, by its organizers' account, the first supply-chain-themed expo in China approved by the Ministry of Commerce. It began in 2006 and fills the Futian Convention & Exhibition Center; the December 2026 show is the 20th edition. It is organised by Shenzhen Dashijie Exhibition Services and Singapore-based UniEx Expo with the Shenzhen Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association.

The fair covers the whole chain of moving goods out of China. There are ports and shipping lines, air cargo carriers, express and postal operators, rail and road freight, cross-border e-commerce logistics and overseas warehouses, special cargo (dangerous goods, cold chain, oversized loads), warehouse robots and equipment, logistics software, and new-energy and driverless delivery vehicles. At the 2025 edition the list of names included SF Express, China Merchants Port, Yantian International Container Terminals, Shenzhen International, China Southern Airlines, Sinotrans, JD, Cainiao and Meituan, robotics firms Geek+ and Hai Robotics, driverless-van maker Neolix, and a new rail and multimodal hall with Russian Railways, Kazakhstan Railways and China Railway Container Transport.

The fair is strongly international for a Chinese show. The organizers reported 2,208 exhibitors from 61 countries and regions and 305,000 visits in 2025, with national pavilions from places such as Belgium, Ukraine and Israel and first-time companies from Central Asia and the Caucasus. Belgium is guest country for 2026, bringing the Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Liège Airport.

For anyone shipping from Shenzhen, especially cross-border e-commerce sellers and exporters, CILF is a practical way to meet freight forwarders, FBA and overseas-warehouse providers, customs brokers and carriers face to face and compare rates and routes. Logistics companies go to find partners abroad; foreign port authorities and airports go to court Chinese forwarders.

The side programme is large: more than 70 forums and matchmaking sessions, including a long-running port-chain strategy forum, a sea–rail and cross-border transport forum, a cross-border e-commerce supply chain and overseas warehouse conference, air-cargo and special-transport summits, and one-to-one supply-and-demand meetings by region. The 2nd World Unmanned Vehicle Economy Expo runs alongside in 2026.

Why go

  1. Compare freight forwarders, FBA and overseas-warehouse providers, customs brokers and carriers in one place
  2. Meet port authorities, airlines, rail operators and national pavilions from around 60 countries
  3. See warehouse robots, driverless delivery vans and logistics software from firms such as Geek+, Hai Robotics and Neolix
  4. Join region-specific supply-and-demand matchmaking (Europe and the Americas, Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea, emerging markets)
  5. Belgium is 2026 guest country, with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Liège Airport

Our take

Hours are 09:00–17:00 on 2 and 3 December and 09:00–15:00 on 4 December, so do the big floor early. If you ship goods, bring your lane volumes, destinations and product types: the region-by-region matchmaking sessions and forwarder conversations go much further with concrete needs. Pre-register online as a trade visitor before you go.

Go if you're

  • Cross-border e-commerce sellers and exporters choosing forwarders, FBA and overseas warehouses
  • Freight forwarders and logistics firms looking for overseas partners
  • Manufacturers and retailers buying warehouse automation and logistics software
  • Port, airport and rail operators promoting routes to Chinese shippers

Flying in? The visitor guide

What international buyers ask us most, in one place.

Visa-free entry

Many passports get 30 days visa-free, and 55 nationalities can use 240-hour visa-free transit via Shenzhen when flying on to a third country. Check your eligibility before booking.

Paying for things

Link a Visa or Mastercard to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you fly — booths, taxis and canteens rarely take cards. Keep ¥500 cash for samples.

Staying online

Get a roaming eSIM: Google, WhatsApp and Gmail don't work on hotel or venue Wi-Fi. Suppliers will ask for your WeChat, not your email.

Badge & business cards

Pre-register, bring your passport to collect the badge, and pack 200 business cards. Photograph each card next to the booth number — you'll forget by day two.

Interpreters

Hall English is patchy outside the big brands. A freelance interpreter costs ¥800–1,500 a day; book a week ahead for big fairs.

Samples & shipping

Don't carry 40 kg home. SF Express and DHL counters sit in the main lobbies and will ship samples door to door from about ¥200.

Where to stay near Futian CEC

Walk to a dozen business hotels in the CBD, and to the rooftop bars afterwards.

  • Enter from the metro level, not the street — the badge desks are underground.
  • Lunch: skip the hall canteens and walk 5 min to the malls around Shopping Park.
