Qianhai Kerry Centre (前海嘉里中心) was the first commercial land sale in Qianhai after the free trade zone opened in 2015, and the first big Hong Kong-backed project there. Kerry Properties has built it in three phases near the Qianhai Bay waterfront and Qianwan metro station, mixing office towers, serviced apartments, a hotel and a low-rise retail district.
KPF designed it around small pedestrian streets, terraced gardens, a lawn and a civic plaza rather than one enclosed mall, so it feels more like a business neighbourhood with restaurants at street level. Phase 3 centres on the 'Treehouse' building and its stepped gardens.
For most people the draw is eating and drinking after work: Cantonese at Guangzhou Restaurant, Thai at Lian, and the bars at JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La, which opened here in 2023.

JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La
A 369-room hotel opened in February 2023, with KOAN, a speakeasy-style cocktail bar, and Qianhai Brewery Co. for craft beer.

Street-level restaurants
Restaurants around the office towers include Guangzhou Restaurant (广州酒家), Shanghainese at Lao Jishi (老吉士) and Lian Thai and Vietnamese on the ground floor of tower T1.
Terraced gardens and Treehouse
KPF's layout uses landscaped terraces, sky bridges and a central lawn between the buildings; the Treehouse is the centrepiece of phase 3.
Cross-border bus stop
The Qianhai to Hong Kong cross-border bus stops here on its way to Shenzhen Bay Port, with onward shuttles to Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and Lantau.
