What is China (Shenzhen) International Gifts & Home Products Fair?
The Shenzhen Gifts & Home Fair is the big sourcing show for anything that ends up as a corporate gift, a promotional giveaway, a holiday hamper or a shelf item in a lifestyle store. It is run by RX Huabo (励展华博) and has been going since 1993. It runs twice a year at Shenzhen World in Bao'an: a spring edition in late April (billed as gifts, handicrafts, watches and houseware) and an autumn edition in October (gifts and home products). The two series are numbered separately, so April and October of the same year can both carry the same edition number. The organizer bills it as China's flagship gifts and home show; it has been UFI-approved since 2005.
The floor is enormous and very mixed. The October 2026 exhibitor list runs from kitchenware and vacuum flasks to bedding, stationery, Spring Festival couplets and red envelopes, hand creams, massagers, travel gear and small appliances. Many stands are brand distributors that sell to the gift channel: one Shanghai trader shows Dyson hair dryers and vacuums, another carries Ecovacs, Tineco and Dreame cleaning robots, others bundle Midea, TCL or Sharp appliances into gift catalogues. JD.com, audio maker 1MORE and the supply-chain arm of Yiwu's China Commodity City also have stands. Themed halls cover consumer electronics, cross-border sourcing, creative and cultural products, IP and designer toys, tableware and packaging.
The buyers are corporate purchasing departments (banks, insurers, state firms buying staff welfare and festival gifts), promotional-products agencies, retailers and chain stores, and a growing crowd of e-commerce sellers and livestream and community-group buyers. The organizer's report for October 2025 counts 4,500 exhibitors and 252,000 visits, with international buyers from 103 countries and regions. A big-buyer club gives qualifying corporate purchasers one-to-one supplier matching and private meeting rooms.
Several shows share the halls: the Shenzhen International Mobile Electronics Show, a gift and consumer packaging and printing show, the GGE cross-border expo with an OEM/ODM source-factory section, and an IP licensing fair. The 2025 autumn edition ran more than 20 forums (including an Amazon seller conference) and the China Gift Industry TOP100 awards. For a foreigner in Shenzhen it is the quickest way to see what Chinese factories and brand distributors can put in a branded box, and at what scale.
Why go
- Source corporate and promotional gifts, festival hampers and staff-welfare items in one place, from factories and from distributors of big appliance and beauty brands
- See the Pearl River Delta's consumer-goods supply chain at scale: kitchenware, flasks, textiles, small appliances, stationery and packaging
- Cross-border sellers can use the co-located GGE expo and OEM/ODM source-factory section to find private-label suppliers
- Mobile electronics, packaging, cross-border and IP licensing shows run in the same halls on the same dates
- Free return shuttle buses for buyers from Guangzhou, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhuhai, Huizhou and Zhongshan
Our take
It spans around 15 halls, so pick your categories from the online exhibitor list (it gives booth numbers and a line on what each company sells) before you go. Take metro line 12 or 20 to Guozhan or Guozhan North, whichever is nearer your halls. Many booths are distributors rather than factories, so ask who makes the product if you need to deal with the manufacturer.

Flying in? The visitor guide
What international buyers ask us most, in one place.
Many passports get 30 days visa-free, and 55 nationalities can use 240-hour visa-free transit via Shenzhen when flying on to a third country. Check your eligibility before booking.
Link a Visa or Mastercard to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you fly — booths, taxis and canteens rarely take cards. Keep ¥500 cash for samples.
Get a roaming eSIM: Google, WhatsApp and Gmail don't work on hotel or venue Wi-Fi. Suppliers will ask for your WeChat, not your email.
Pre-register, bring your passport to collect the badge, and pack 200 business cards. Photograph each card next to the booth number — you'll forget by day two.
Hall English is patchy outside the big brands. A freelance interpreter costs ¥800–1,500 a day; book a week ahead for big fairs.
Don't carry 40 kg home. SF Express and DHL counters sit in the main lobbies and will ship samples door to door from about ¥200.
Hotels on site sell out months ahead. Bao'an Center or Qianhai are 25–30 min away with far more choice.
- Wear proper walking shoes — 20k steps a day is normal.
- Taxi queues after 5pm are brutal; walk to Shenzhen World North station or book a Didi for 4:30pm.
- Food courts sit along the central corridor; the ones at the far ends are quieter.
