What is ICBE Shenzhen International Cross-border E-commerce Trade Fair?
ICBE is a sourcing fair for people who sell online across borders. It is run by Kuozhan Group, a Shanghai exhibition company, together with the trade community Haiquan (海圈网), and it is part of a small series of ICBE fairs that also visits Hangzhou and Guangzhou. The Shenzhen edition moves into the older Futian Convention & Exhibition Center every autumn; the 2025 edition ran there on 3–5 November and was counted as the series' 16th, while the 2026 show is billed as the 18th.
The floor is split into four parts. The core is factories and brands selling products made for marketplace listings: 3C gadgets and phone accessories, small appliances, home and garden, lighting, hardware and tools, outdoor and fitness gear, pet supplies, beauty, baby and toys, apparel and bags, jewellery, and newer zones for AI robots, drones and livestreaming kit. For 2026 the organizer is aiming for about 1,500 factories drawn from more than 100 Chinese industrial clusters. The second part is marketplaces recruiting sellers; the organizer lists Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, SHEIN, Temu, TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre, OTTO, Ozon, Coupang, Shopee, Lazada, Walmart and others as attending in 2026. Third come service providers such as payment collection, freight and overseas warehouses, ERP software, independent-store building, tax, compliance and IP. Last are pavilions from government pilot zones and e-commerce parks.
The reason a Shenzhen-based Amazon, TikTok Shop or Temu seller would go is the mix. In one hall you can compare factories for your next product, ask a platform's recruitment team about fees and incentives for a new market, and collect quotes from logistics and payment firms. At the 2025 edition TikTok Shop, Shopee, Mercado Libre and 1688 took part, PingPong and Alibaba.com Pay were among the payment firms, and marketplaces such as noon (Middle East), Jumia (Africa), Rakuten (Japan) and Kwai (Brazil and Indonesia) gave talks on emerging markets.
The forum programme is large and practical: the organizer plans over 100 sessions in 2026, grouped into tracks on AI tools, independent stores, short video and live commerce, and region-specific days for Latin America, Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Russia and other emerging markets. There is also a seller–factory matchmaking area where large sellers hold one-to-one product-selection meetings. Most talks are in Mandarin, and the crowd is mainly Chinese sellers, trading companies and factories moving into e-commerce, so it suits people who already work in the Shenzhen seller ecosystem.
Why go
- Source new products from factories that already make goods for Amazon, TikTok Shop and Temu listings, across 3C, home, outdoor, pet and beauty
- Talk to marketplace recruitment teams about opening stores in new markets (Mercado Libre, noon, Jumia, Ozon, Coupang and others)
- Compare payment, freight, overseas-warehouse, ERP and compliance providers in one visit
- Pick up practical market know-how from 100+ Mandarin sessions with region-specific tracks
- Free entry with online pre-registration, in central Futian by metro
Our take
Pre-register online so you skip on-site registration, and bring business cards: factories expect to swap WeChat details. Most signage and talks are in Mandarin, so bring a Chinese-speaking colleague if you want to negotiate or follow the forums. The last day closes at 15:00 (last entry 14:30), so go on day one or two for the full floor.
Go if you're
- Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu and SHEIN sellers looking for new products and factories
- Traditional exporters and factories moving into cross-border e-commerce
- Sellers weighing a new marketplace or region (Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Japan)
- Agencies, ERP, logistics and payment firms looking for seller clients

Flying in? The visitor guide
What international buyers ask us most, in one place.
Many passports get 30 days visa-free, and 55 nationalities can use 240-hour visa-free transit via Shenzhen when flying on to a third country. Check your eligibility before booking.
Link a Visa or Mastercard to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you fly — booths, taxis and canteens rarely take cards. Keep ¥500 cash for samples.
Get a roaming eSIM: Google, WhatsApp and Gmail don't work on hotel or venue Wi-Fi. Suppliers will ask for your WeChat, not your email.
Pre-register, bring your passport to collect the badge, and pack 200 business cards. Photograph each card next to the booth number — you'll forget by day two.
Hall English is patchy outside the big brands. A freelance interpreter costs ¥800–1,500 a day; book a week ahead for big fairs.
Don't carry 40 kg home. SF Express and DHL counters sit in the main lobbies and will ship samples door to door from about ¥200.
Walk to a dozen business hotels in the CBD, and to the rooftop bars afterwards.
- Enter from the metro level, not the street — the badge desks are underground.
- Lunch: skip the hall canteens and walk 5 min to the malls around Shopping Park.
