About Sea World
Sea World is the plaza around the Minghua — the old French cruise liner beached in Shekou — and the name for the whole bar and restaurant quarter around it. It's the most international corner of Shenzhen.
Walk from the ship past British pubs, terrace bars and a livehouse to the waterfront and Design Society. There's a Wednesday trivia league, free English comedy open mics, a house band playing every night at The Terrace, and a Saturday hash run that leaves from the pub.
