Peremotka (Перемотка, 'Rewind'; 倒带乐队 in Chinese) are a post-punk trio from Yekaterinburg, Russia, founded in 2016. Their songs lean on the Russian rock of the 1990s and 2000s and mix chilly post-punk basslines with new wave and synth-pop, sung in Russian; if you like Molchat Doma, you'll feel at home. They have a real following in China and toured here in 2024, including a Shenzhen date. The 2026 tour for their new album, titled 飞向尚未命名的地方 ('flying to a place not yet named'), plays HOU LIVE Joy Harbour.
