AmCham South China (the American Chamber of Commerce in South China) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization focused on strengthening trade and commercial ties between the United States and the People’s Republic of China. Officially accredited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. in 1995, AmCham South China is a membership-driven community of more than 2,300 corporate and individual members. It is led by a fully independent Board of Governors elected from within the membership and is known for providing practical, on-the-ground support to American and international companies operating across South China. Over the past decade, the Chamber has consistently brought together an average of 10,000+ business executives and government leaders each year through its briefings, seminars, committee sessions, and networking events.
