Shenzhen Striders Saturday Park Run at Shenzhen Talent Park

Join the Shenzhen Striders every Saturday at 7:45 AM for a  weekly timed 2.5km to 5km parkrun at Shenzhen Talent Park, located at  求贤阁 深圳市南山区沙河西路与东滨路交汇处人才公园 (DiDi: Talent Park Qiuxiange). This event is  open to runners of all abilities, experience levels, and ages, offering a  fantastic opportunity to improve fitness and pace in a welcoming  community. The morning starts with a warm-up at 7:45 AM, followed by a  gathering at Starbucks after the run.

To participate, just turn up at pavilion at Shenzhen Talent Park at 7:30 AM.
